ABPAPER had preparation for the project from 2007. The project started at the time when Viet Nam economy was highly overheated and there was the first sign of financial problems in USA, which subsequently causes economic slow down around the world, including VN, in late 2008 until now. Despite these difficulties progress has been made to obtain information that can be used for future construction of My Xuan mill in Ba Ria Vung Tau province at a right point of time.
